This page explains, plainly, what Vision collects while you browse this site, what it is used for, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Vision, a digital studio based in Vacaria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. For anything concerning this policy, including the requests described here, write to the contact e-mail in this site's footer.
What we collect
Browsing data only, gathered by Google Analytics: which pages you visited and for how long, where you came from, the kind of device and browser you use, your language, and an approximate location — city or state level — inferred from your network address.
We neither ask for nor keep your name, e-mail, phone number or anything that identifies you personally. This site has no forms, no sign-up and no private area. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we will of course have whatever you send — but that comes from you, not from your browsing.
How we collect it
Through Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept the notice shown on your first visit. While you have not answered, or if you decline, nothing from Google is loaded on this page — it is not a script waiting for permission, it is a script that never reaches your browser.
What we use it for
To improve the experience of Vision's platforms. Knowing which pages matter, where people give up and what is confusing is what lets us fix the site instead of guessing.
Those same figures, always aggregated, may also guide and illustrate our advertising material. No material identifies visitors: what appears is the whole, never the person.
On what legal basis
Your consent, under article 7, item I, of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). That is why we ask first, and why declining carries exactly the same weight as accepting.
Who we share it with
With Google, which runs Analytics and processes the data on our behalf. That processing may happen on servers outside Brazil. We do not sell, rent or hand browsing data to anyone else.
For how long
The data is retained in Google Analytics for the period set on our property — currently 14 months — after which it is deleted automatically.
Your rights
The law entitles you to confirm whether we process data about you, to access it, correct it, ask for it to be anonymised or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to our contact e-mail. We answer within fifteen days.
Worth saying what that means in practice: since we collect nothing that identifies you, there is usually no record of yours to find. The measure with immediate effect is the button below.
Changing your mind
The button below erases the answer stored in your browser and brings the notice back, so you can choose again. The choice applies per browser and per device.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or why we collect it changes, this text changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Changes that widen the collection call for your consent again.
